Hambergers' :)

Today for lunch at school, my friends and i decided to get hamburgers. You know that you have to make a line and when its your turn to tell the ladys what you would like in your hamburger. Such as lettucce, pickles, tomato, etc. tou get to get served what you want in your hamberger.

A hamburger is a sandwich that is cooked of patty. Their usually of beef but also, pork, turkey.Their placed between two buns and the ingredients.Often served with lettuce,bacon, tomato, onion, pickle, cheese. And mustard,mayonnaise and ketchup.

Two most popular hamburger fast food restaurants are In 'n Out and McDonald's.

In 'n Out is just a place of hamburgers, their the best right now out of all other hamburger places. They come from California Beach.

McDonald's is another fast food restaurant that sells hamburgers, their most popular are the kids meal, such as hamburgers or chi ken nuggets. most orders are also different types of hamburgers.!!!

Birria' :)

"Birria" is a spicy Mexican meat stew. Its usually made of goat, cows. Its also often served in festivals, like Christmas, new years eve, Mothers Day and weddings.
Its s traditional food, that comes from Jalisco, it is a common dish in some Mexican food towns. It can also be served with tortillas, onions, cilantro and lemon.
Birria is made using a base of dried roasted peppers. Its a bowl combined with intigrents you would like to add.
Guadalajara is famous place for "birrierías". Though commercially birria is made from goat or sheep or other mammal.

Pancakes' :)

Panckaes..? Are really common for eating breakfast. their fluffy and have a really sweet smell, and warm. First you need to prepare the flower (bought of pancakes) and add eggs, milk & sugar. Then mix, wait till its pretty soft creamy. but it in a hot pan ready, flip the pancakes both sides for some minutes.

Their are variations of pancakes all around the world. Like in Germany, There made from potatoes. In France, filled with fruits inside, etc.

Ihop is one popular restaurant, that produces breakfast foods, such as pancakes, eggs, waffles, French toast,etc. They have the best pancakes there. :)

Tuna Sandwich' :)

Tuna is a popular kind of sandwich. It is usually made with canned Tuna mixed with other ingredients.There's alot of differnet kinds of tuna Sandiwches, but they all seem the same.

Tuna is a fish. Its a fish in the ocean, they are fast swimmers. they have pink flesh, thats why when you buy the tuna already redy form the can its light pink, by the time it drys.

Well, today for lunch my family and i made Tuna Sandwiches, we prepared them with Tuna (canned) and used mayonnaise in both breads.The breads can be toasted if preffered. Then add the vegetables.Such as onions, tomato, lettucce, pickles,cheese or sometimes also black olvies (Depending what you like).

Spaghetti' :)

Spaghetti is a long, thin pasta that comes from Italian origin. Spaghetti is made of semolina or flour and water, its usually dried before making it. Its made of different kinds of flour, too.

There's to kinds of spaghetti that i know, the one that's just the regular one with tomato sauce, and the one that includes the tomato sauce and meat balls...

They also include on both, cheese and pepper or garlic or oil to a spaghetti with tomato, meat, and other sauces.

Pasta, is what you make the spaghetti with. Their hard long thin as i said before, and put them in water & in the stove, to boil. Later, their going to look different, thick and softer. Then, you just change them to a different pot, and just add the ingredients and the tomato sauce. :)

Arroz con leche' :)

Arroz con leche " rice with milk", is one of the most popular desserts in the Latin World. it Can be eaten for dessert or dinner. Its usually white rice mixed with milk and other intergrents.

Its pudding and with Cinnamon on the top, spread. Or some add raisins to it. In Spain "arroz con leche" a very typical dessert, It's in all Spanish speaking countries.The Spaniards brought this recipe to America centuries ago, and now its sold in stores ready to eat.

The intergrents that are mostly used to make "Arroz con leche"; Milk, grain rice, cinnamon sticks, pinch of salt, raisins,sugar, butter, and vanilla. Some people depending your culture cook it in the stove, but some just in a pan & let it for some hours and then cook.

Mexican Tamales' :)

There's many different kind of tamales. Meat, cheese, chicken, chocolate, chorizo, candy etc.

There made of masa... mostly all Mexican plates are made of flower, to get a good taste with the ingredients.You just add water to the flower and then place it in the leaf of corn.

You spread the flower around the leaf,when its well spread add wich ever meat your going to want, in the middle. fold them very well so they wont spill, while in the oven.

Pizza' :)

There are so many kinds of toppings of pizza.! In my opinion the most popular one is pepperoni. Three's also, Cheese, Hawaiian, New York,etc.Any kind of topping.

Popular places to go eat pizza; Peter Piper Pizza, Papa Johns, Little Cesar's, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Mario's. All pizzas of course are made of flower.

The ingredientws usually put while making a pizza are tomato, salamis, seafood, cheese, vegetables.

A place where you go and but pizza isd called a "Pizzeria". In stores theres also pizzaz that are ready, just to put in the oven, Thier frozen.

In so many parts in the world, countrys have thieir own favorite pizza. Like, in India Pizza is an emerging fast food. Most pizza places their known are Domino's and Pizza Hut.They have topping like, Tandoori Chicken and Paneer. Indian pizzas are made more spicy.

Sopes' :)

Today for dinner I ate "Sopes". Its a thick tortilla, and you just add meat combined with carrots,

salsa,potato, and lettuce. You can add white cheese or any other salsa.

Its a famous typical food at mexican restaurants :)

My Favorite Food' :)

Tacos are my favorite, BUT the ones i like are different kind of tacos. Their called "Tacos de la Estacion". Usually sold at the "plazas" in Mexico & airports.

Thier made of beans & pork meat. Its a flat small tortilla folded in half and pour them in sause. Then just add beans or meat, and some 'chile verde" (green spicy sause). When people sell them, thier wrapped in napkins and warm' :P
