"Birria" is a spicy Mexican meat stew. Its usually made of goat, cows. Its also often served in festivals, like Christmas, new years eve, Mothers Day and weddings.
Its s traditional food, that comes from Jalisco, it is a common dish in some Mexican food towns. It can also be served with tortillas, onions, cilantro and lemon.
Birria is made using a base of dried roasted peppers. Its a bowl combined with intigrents you would like to add.
Guadalajara is famous place for "birrierĂas". Though commercially birria is made from goat or sheep or other mammal.
