Tostadas de Ceviche' :)


During the summer people at Mexico that live close to the beaches, and seas go fishing. For, shrimp, octopus, and other sea animals. Well, that's were the shrimp comes to make "Tostadas de Ceviche".
You need "clamato", tomato, onions, and cucumbers and green chile. Cut them all in small pieces. While in the bowl you pour the clamato, and add lemon juice. Leave it like that for a while. After you finish cutting the ingredients, also pour them in the bowl. wait for 30 minutes to put the shrimp in the bowl, but first you need to cut also the shrimp in smaller pieces.
Finally you mix it all well, and let it dry for another 30 minutes (depending the amount of what your doing). You can add Chile, sauce, salt, etc. Then just get the tostada and enjoy.!!!
